About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching, health care benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, and time off benefits. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
- Contribute to a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
