We are seeking a skilled LPN Nurse to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a LPN Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nurses.
- Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of LPN Experience.
