Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide one-on-one, client-centered care that meets the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized, holistic care to clients
- Work flexible block time shifts, 8-12 hours/day, including days, evenings, and nights
- Offer flexibility to work Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time in the location of your choice
- Collaborate with regional Nurse Managers to provide support and education

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid nursing license
- At least 1 year of LPN experience, or completion of our comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for newly licensed nurses
