QC Tech Audio 1 - Part Time

Entertainment Technology Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QC Tech Audio 1 - Part Time. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of audiovisual equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of audiovisual equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and meets the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking equipment location, condition, and availability.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate Equipment Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of audiovisual equipment and its operation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in audiovisual equipment and software, as well as experience with inventory management systems.
