Job Summary:
Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing analysis, support, and management of our Guidewire ClaimCenter global implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and create functional specifications as needed for new functionality.
  • Design solutions that maximize the out-of-the-box features of the product and minimize customizations.
  • Completely document and provide end-to-end data flows for the GWCC and multiple integrations per the specifications.
  • Develop detailed requirements specifications for GWCC.
  • Test configuration changes and assist the QA team in test planning and troubleshooting.
  • Estimate the level of effort/cost of new application functionality.
  • Provide analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution on production issues related to applications and its integration points.
  • Coordinate support activities with business stakeholders and IT resources.
  • Enforce compliance with change control procedures for ongoing production changes and projects.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with developing detailed business and technical requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter and related integrations.
  • Data architecture experience is a plus.
  • Master experience with Excel and managing data.
  • Experience with SQL development is preferred.
