Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a strong team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective service delivery.
- Manage a reasonable caseload to maintain high-quality support for clients.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA.
- Successful completion of a clear background screening.
- Eligibility to provide services through various insurance providers.

Employment Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
