We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper (Evening) to join our team at Onni Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain common areas, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, and public spaces, to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding work status and potential issues.
  • Perform resident in-unit cleaning as needed.
  • Conduct in-unit turn cleans in preparation for new resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensure maintenance cleaning supplies are stocked and inform supervisors when reordering is necessary.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and current tenants, promoting a high-quality living experience.
  • Perform general building preventive maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic reading skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
