  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Formulate detailed project strategies, timelines, and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to fulfill project specifications.
  • Supervise all stages of the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction through to project completion.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Direct and oversee project teams, including project engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to assess project status, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Track and manage project expenditures, ensuring completion within budgetary limits.
  • Prepare and present change orders, invoices, and financial summaries.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies without sacrificing quality.
  • Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain precise and current project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting notes.

  • Generate consistent reports on project status, costs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale ground-up commercial and/or multifamily construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing large construction initiatives.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
  • LEED Accreditation or other relevant certifications are beneficial.
