Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager with very strong technical skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Relations with Residents: Establish trust and rapport with residents and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including maintenance, security, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop effective marketing plans to attract new residents, streamline the leasing process, and maintain occupancy levels.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure our property meets all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to Section 42 and property management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in senior living or multifamily settings.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sound knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with regulations impacting senior living and property management at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a professional demeanor in emergency situations.
