About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team at RHP Properties. As a key member of our community maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our manufactured home communities. Your primary focus will be on performing routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and removing snow from community areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and removing snow from community areas.
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of community facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of community grounds and facilities to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all community maintenance needs are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors by responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Requirements

To be successful as a Grounds Maintenance Professional, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or groundskeeping role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
