We are in search of an enthusiastic Overnight Hotel Attendant to assist with the daily operations at Bardstown Motor Lodge. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management abilities, meticulous attention to detail, excellent guest relations skills, and a desire to build a career with opportunities for advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver requested items to guest accommodations
  • Report any damages or missing items and submit maintenance requests
  • Set up, attend, and clean up after guest functions (including food service, table arrangements, and kitchen areas)
  • Manage waste disposal, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Assist in various hotel areas as required, including handling dirty linen, supporting laundry or housekeeping, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and shampooing carpets and hallways when necessary
  • Provide assistance to guests and front desk staff
  • Ensure cleanliness of the hotel parking lot, public areas, restrooms, and meeting spaces
  • Support breakfast service as needed
  • Assist with maintenance tasks as required
  • Clean and restock hotel areas such as hallways, stairways, food preparation areas, laundry rooms, and public restrooms
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to walk and navigate stairs
  • General housekeeping skills, including sweeping, mopping, and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to operate gates and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Experience with operating machinery as required
