Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of speech therapy. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with elementary school students and are open to a long-term substitute position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will:

  • Assess new referrals to evaluate communication skills and determine eligibility for speech services.
  • Design and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) with specific goals tailored to each student.
  • Conduct periodic re-evaluations and update IEP goals as necessary.
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare reports related to the referral or dismissal process for students receiving speech services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service logs, treatment notes, and track student progress through observations and assessments.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • A valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
  • An education certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education is highly recommended.
