  • Create and follow a structured routine that includes feeding, playtime, and nap schedules.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of each infant by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized classroom environment to prevent the spread of germs and illness.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, progress, and any concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff to foster a supportive and cohesive work environment.
  • Utilize sensory-rich educational materials to engage and stimulate infants' curiosity and growth.
  • Organize activities that encourage exploration, motor skill development, and social interactions.
  • Stay informed about the latest practices in infant care and early childhood education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
  • Mandated Reporter certification.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with infants.
