- Utilize sensory-rich educational materials to engage and stimulate infants' curiosity and growth.
- Organize activities that encourage exploration, motor skill development, and social interactions.
- Stay informed about the latest practices in infant care and early childhood education.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
- Mandated Reporter certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
