Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

As a Delivery Driver at AutoZone, you will play a critical role in delivering parts to our commercial customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial customers
  • Drive a delivery vehicle to transport parts to customers, including loading and unloading parts
  • Pick up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
  • Maintain a safe driving and working environment, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Assist DIY customers in the store between deliveries
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction, including fleet and safety policies
  • Handle cash and charge transactions per company policy
  • Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information resources
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and meet AutoZone's driver requirements
  • Ability to lift loads and deliver merchandise
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
