Job Summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled Batching Operator - Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting production goals and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Batching and Production: Precisely inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients according to product recipes, collaborating with Quality Assurance Technicians to ensure analytical results meet quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts to load and move ingredients, following all safety procedures.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers, adhering to company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist in other areas as required by plant supervision, maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in batching and production operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Certifications/Licenses: None required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in batching and production operations.
  • Skills: Forklift operation, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
