Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team at Skanska. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations on assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise field craft labor and non-craft field personnel
  • Ensure projects are constructed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Develop and implement safety and QA/QC cultural initiatives
  • Mentor and develop talent within the team

Requirements

  • 15+ years of building and construction experience as a superintendent
  • 8+ years of experience creating a safety and QA/QC cultural
  • 5+ years in a top leadership position for multiple projects
  • 15+ years of experience scheduling and prioritizing activities
  • 10+ years of experience identifying and dealing with risk and mitigation procedures
