**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in industrial or commercial building projects.
  • Proven experience in design criteria development for civil and structural systems.
  • Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturers.
  • 5+ years of experience in the civil design field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and schedule management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and AutoCAD.

**Education:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
