- Nurture key relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Keep track of all necessary documentation, including policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations.
- Help customers understand their coverage and assist them with any claims as needed.
- Ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or relevant insurance industry experience.
- Strong follow-up, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred, but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply.
Compensation: $69,000
