About the Role:

">

The Recreation Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and other leisure activities.">

- Collaborate with the Activity Director to develop schedules for activities and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.">

- Maintain a tidy and pleasant atmosphere in activity rooms, ensuring all materials are properly stored and equipment is arranged for scheduled activities.">

- Assist residents in moving to and from activity programs as needed.">

- Follow resident care plans to provide daily activities that meet their individual needs and preferences.

Requirements:

">

- 1-2 years' experience in a related position, preferably in a healthcare environment.">

- Aptitude for and/or some training in arts and crafts required.">

- High school diploma or equivalent desirable.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, and paid vacation.
