National Indoor RV Centers is experiencing significant growth and is in search of skilled Paint and Body Repair Specialists to enhance our team. The RV Paint and Body Repair Specialist is tasked with the restoration, repair, and repainting of damaged recreational vehicles.

Candidates must possess expertise in various body construction types and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing a range of tools and materials necessary for restoring vehicles to their original state.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RV or automotive body repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with different RV body construction methods.
- Proficient in the use of tools and materials, including hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.
- Understanding of paint mixing and matching techniques.
- Good physical fitness with the capability to lift heavy items and remain on feet for extended durations.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate damaged RVs and determine the necessary repairs.
- Execute body repairs using various tools and materials.
- Replace or fix damaged components such as windows, doors, and trim.
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired sections to ensure a seamless finish.
- Test repaired systems to confirm proper functionality.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment.

Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service facility.
- May involve prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending.
- Potentially requires lifting or moving heavy equipment.
- May necessitate working in confined spaces or at elevated heights.
- Exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals may occur.
- Weekend or holiday work may be required.
