About the Position

Care Companion is a rewarding role that allows you to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a member of our team, you will provide personalized support and assistance to help clients maintain their independence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social events.
  • Document client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Provide documentation supporting authorization to work in the USA.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and TB test.
  • Complete MMR vaccination or titer evaluation.
  • Ability to effectively interact and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage a complex workload in varied work environments.
  • Willingness to travel to client homes.
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. AIM offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible scheduling, 403(b) with matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
