Village Caregiving is committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Companion and Caregiver to join our team and deliver personalized support services.

Estimated salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Overview:

  • Provide comprehensive care to our clients, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Engage in activities promoting physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report any concerns to the supervisor.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance caregiving skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a CNA program or prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care.
  • Prior experience working in a one-on-one setting is highly valued.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and perform job-related duties.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required for occasional off-site visits.
