Lead Reliability Engineer

Compensation: $180K - $200K Salary Plus Competitive Benefits
As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing observability, performance, and dependability, with the goal of making a significant contribution across various sectors.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in a Reliability Engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience in a DevSecOps setting, utilizing Source Code management systems and CI/CD pipeline tools such as Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub is essential.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization technologies, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Automation is required.
Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Rancher and OpenShift is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
Willingness to work on-site in downtown Washington, DC, for a minimum of three days each week.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and availability of platform and containerized applications.
- Proactively identify and mitigate performance and availability challenges.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of essential functions within the core platform to establish a resilient infrastructure.
- Engage in daily collaboration with team members and clients.
