Occupational Therapist Position in Las Cruces, NM

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping students with communication development needs.
Responsibilities:- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
- Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy: A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Valid New Mexico OT License: A valid New Mexico OT license is necessary.
- OT Requirements: Open to strong Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs) candidates with the right credentials.
