1st Shift Monday
- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. safely or with assistance.
Must be capable of standing and bending for extended periods while performing manual tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Working Hours:- Full-time employment (40+ hours/week)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Ability to follow instructions and work independently, while also being able to multitask and troubleshoot. Good visual acuity is required for inspecting parts. Must demonstrate punctuality and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete job functions in a timely manner as trained.
- Ensure all inspected items meet the required specifications before shipment.
- Adhere to Quality Management Systems.
- Operate company forklift if trained.
- Produce quality workmanship that meets or exceeds standards.
- Follow work instructions and understand departmental procedures as outlined by the supervisor.
- Assemble or process parts as directed within specified parameters.
- Operate and maintain equipment as trained.
- Handle materials and organize parts for the department.
- Conduct final inspection and packaging of assigned products in accordance with specifications and meet daily production targets.
