We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Production Worker to join our team at Latitude Corp.

Job Summary:

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. You will work closely with our team to assemble, inspect, and package products that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and process parts according to specifications
  • Inspect and package products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Operate and maintain equipment as trained
  • Responsible for material handling and organization of parts
  • Perform final inspection and packaging of assigned product
  • Audit of materials and/or production parts before delivery to next operation area
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Work safely and follow company safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. safely or with assistance
  • Good communication skills and positive teamwork attitude
  • Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently
  • Good visual acuity needed to inspect parts
