We are seeking an experienced Lean Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Global Partner Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Develop and execute strategies to mitigate supplier-related risks, ensuring minimal impact on production and delivery schedules.
  • Operations Oversight: Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, and production teams to ensure supplier capabilities meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within supplier management and manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with suppliers.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on supplier performance, operational efficiency, and project progress to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in operations management with a focus on supplier management in aerospace, metal casting, forging, or heavy complex manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of metal casting, forging processes, or heavy manufacturing operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
