Manufacturing Engineer/ CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer/ CNC Programmer to contribute to our innovative projects. In this position, you will focus on enhancing manufacturing workflows, engaging with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives for ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute CNC programming for advanced milling and grinding operations
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation
  • Determine appropriate work holding and tooling requirements
  • Set time benchmarks for machining operations
  • Oversee production initiation processes
  • Facilitate equipment and process introductions
  • Implement LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Employ analytical methods to minimize expenses and defects
  • Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience with production machinery
  • Familiarity with standard machine tools
  • Proficient in CNC programming techniques
  • Experience with CAD software applications
  • Understanding of quality management systems and standards
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies and root cause analysis

This position requires on-site engagement and includes a relocation assistance package. Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States.
