We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Enlivant. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and maintain rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas to meet health standards
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment
  • Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma/GED or 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Good physical and mental health
  • Ability to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to move continuously during work hours and lift and/or carry 50 to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior work experience in housekeeping as a maid, room attendant, house cleaner, and/or custodian
  • Exemplify and be an influential team player
  • Possess good time management and organizational skills
  • Remain flexible and adaptable
  • Work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale
