Job Summary

The Instrument Mechanic position is a crucial role at Process Controls & Instrumentation, requiring a strong foundation in control system I/O and instrumentation troubleshooting.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a basic level of knowledge and skills in testing, repairing, and maintaining computerized electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical water and waste-water process control instruments and measuring devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Instrumentation Technicians in diagnosing and correcting malfunctions in electronic components and tests.
  • Troubleshoot, install, calibrate, repair, and replace digital and analogue process control and other instrumentation.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in a two-year certificate program in control instrumentation or completed a United States department of Labor recognized control instrumentation repair apprenticeship program.
  • Three years of experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of computerized electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical water and waste-water process control instruments and measuring devices.
