Care Quality Improvement Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Care Quality Improvement Lead to join our team at Bear Canyon Rehabilitation Ctr. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the quality of care provided to our patients and residents.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

About the Role: The Care Quality Improvement Lead will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. This includes analyzing data, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing changes to improve quality of care.

Requirements: A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience with increasing responsibility is required. A graduate degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
