Healthcare Quality Specialist

Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless seeks a dedicated professional to support its quality and compliance initiatives. As a Healthcare Quality Specialist, you will work closely with the Quality Compliance Manager and Chief Operating Officer to drive improvements in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Participate in incident reporting and tracking
- Assist with Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home tracking initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working in a healthcare setting. A bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.
