We are seeking an experienced Family Physician to lead our team of healthcare professionals in Indianapolis, IN. As a Family Physician and Health Center Medical Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery at Marathon Health.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated physician leader to join our organization and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare delivery. You will be responsible for providing advanced primary care services, including acute and chronic disease management, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health center.

The Benefits of Working with Us
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $225,000 - $250,000 per year. In addition, you can expect a non-production-based compensation package, comprehensive benefits, including CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice coverage, and regular provider meetings for ongoing learning and development. You will also have access to a smaller patient panel, more time with patients, fewer administrative tasks, and the opportunity to work within a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to improving the U.S. healthcare system.
What We Are Looking For
We seek a motivated and compassionate physician leader who is passionate about providing high-quality, full-spectrum primary care. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Board certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics is required, along with active state licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
