Comprehensive Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Care Centers in Indianapolis, IN. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
About the Role- Provide high-quality patient care as a primary care physician with a focus on senior-focused medicine
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of Advanced Practitioners and a dedicated Care Team
- Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm with no weekends
In this role, you will have the opportunity to see 12-15 patients per day, with longer appointments lasting 45 minutes to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will also be an active participant in daily huddles, contributing your medical expertise to the Care Team.
Requirements- Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Be board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Possess a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or be willing to obtain one)
- Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA license
Preferred qualifications include two to five years of directly applicable experience, knowledge of Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators, as well as expertise in managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based coordinated care environment.
