Job Description

In this exciting role as a Staff/Associate Attorney at Ternium, you will have the opportunity to apply your legal skills in a unique and challenging context. You will be working closely with healthcare providers to navigate the complexities of medical insurance claims and appeals. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying issues and developing persuasive arguments to support the appeals process. Additionally, your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be critical in drafting complex appeal letters and negotiating with insurance organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Representing healthcare providers in denied claim disputes
  • Developing innovative legal arguments to support appeals
  • Drafting complex appeal letters to insurance organizations

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree
  • State Bar Membership preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
