Job Title: Insurance Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at Ternium. As an Insurance Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will leverage your legal education in a variety of ways to resolve denied medical claims.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent healthcare providers in denied claim disputes, primarily shepherding disputes through an administrative appeals process (no litigation involved).
  • Leverage payor provider manuals and managed care contracts to successfully resolve denied medical claims.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor required
  • State Bar Membership (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $58,000-$68,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
