Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As an Infant and Toddler Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and supporting the Center's philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise children using positive guidance techniques under the supervision of a Lead Teacher.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and co-workers to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Perform duties with minimal supervision, taking initiative to ensure the well-being and safety of the children in your care.
  • May be designated as the teacher-in-charge of a classroom, overseeing daily activities and ensuring a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Upon request, driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving, providing proof of driver's license and auto insurance upon request.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of teaching experience in a licensed child care facility (NAEYC accredited center).
