We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Clive Behavioral Health, a leading provider of behavioral health services. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide continuous patient care and supervision, interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with a Registered Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
- Participate in crisis management and stabilization efforts, using de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Two years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and mental illness.
- Successful completion of Management Aggressive Behavior Training, Service Excellence Training, and CPR certification.
- Current Mandatory Reporter for Adult/Child certification.
