We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Controls Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop PLC/HMI applications to meet specifications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Plan, evaluate, organize, and implement automation-related projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing installations and provide expert technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain legacy code, ensuring compatibility with new systems and technologies.
  • Provide electrical and controls engineering expertise to support existing and new equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop, duplicate, and modify PLC programs for our proprietary process control systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Travel up to 30% to support client sites and collaborate with team members.
