Job Summary:

Hudson Milestones is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Practitioner to join our team. This part-time position involves providing play therapy services to children aged 0-3 years old, working closely with families to design and implement individualized therapy plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop tailored therapy plans to ensure children receive the best possible care.
  • Communicate evaluation results and therapy plans to parents and caregivers, addressing their concerns and reinforcing the benefits of the therapy plan.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with approved plans, working collaboratively with children, parents, and caregivers to evaluate progress and update plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for each therapy session in our database.
  • Prepare evaluation assessment reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a Health and Human Services field.
  • Ability to travel within the Hudson County area.
  • Capacity to provide direct assistance to individuals with whom they are working.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with the birth to 5 years population.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's license.
  • Licenses must be held by the State of New Jersey Board of Examiners.
