Job Opportunity

Sustainable Talent is partnering with a global leader in clinical diagnostics, environmental testing, and agro-sciences Contract Research Organization (CRO) services to fill a Laboratory Technologist position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform testing and calculations in a professional setting, with a focus on HLA testing.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.
  • Recognize and correct basic analyzer malfunctions and notify management personnel.
  • Prepare reagents and media according to established procedures.
  • Evaluate media, reagents, and calibrators according to established criteria.
  • Conduct quality control procedures on analytical tests, equipment, reagents, media, and products.
  • Determine performance specifications for new methods.
  • Verify results through knowledge of techniques, principles, and analyzers.
  • Monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and safety programs.
  • Utilize laboratory information systems to accurately report patient results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
