Key Responsibilities- Perform testing and calculations in a professional setting, with a focus on HLA testing.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.
- Recognize and correct basic analyzer malfunctions and notify management personnel.
- Prepare reagents and media according to established procedures.
- Evaluate media, reagents, and calibrators according to established criteria.
- Conduct quality control procedures on analytical tests, equipment, reagents, media, and products.
- Determine performance specifications for new methods.
- Verify results through knowledge of techniques, principles, and analyzers.
- Monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement programs.

- Utilize laboratory information systems to accurately report patient results.
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution.
