Join Our Team as a Medical Director of Child Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Moses Campus Child Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership to a talented staff of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Social Workers, and be responsible for training, education, supervision, and mentorship for psychiatry residents, child and adolescent psychiatry fellows, and psychology interns and externs. Our clinic offers a wide range of clinical services, including programs in DBT, CBT, and treatment for patients with Eating Disorders. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership to the Child Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic team

* Develop and implement clinical programs and services

* Supervise and mentor psychiatry residents, child and adolescent psychiatry fellows, and psychology interns and externs

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care for patients

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

* Board Certification in Psychiatry

* Additional qualifications in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
