• Comply with all safety protocols and operational guidelines.


• Proactively diagnose, repair, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and procedural issues to maintain production equipment efficiency.


• Utilize PLC logic for effective troubleshooting assistance.


• Support the diagnosis and repair of electrical failures in AC/DC drives and inverters, including programming and configuration.


• Contribute to the design of electrical circuits for existing machinery to enhance safety and operational capabilities.


• Assist in the design and installation of electromechanical upgrades, transitioning from DC to AC systems and implementing PLC controls.


• Operate and understand the functionality of meters, power supplies, service monitors, and testing equipment.


• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all plant operating systems and access diagrams and schematics as needed.


• Collaborate with contractors for the repair, installation, removal, or upgrade of equipment.


• Conduct regular inspections of production lines and support equipment, performing necessary repairs and enhancements during maintenance cycles.


• Utilize hand tools and small power tools for the fabrication of minor components.


• Lead the assembly, installation, disassembly, and decommissioning of production and support equipment as required for upgrades or new projects.


• Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to plant and departmental housekeeping standards, and may be assigned additional cleaning responsibilities as necessary.
