Domino's Pizza Manager Job Description

As a Domino's Pizza Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, marketing, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure a high-performing team
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the regional team to implement company-wide initiatives and programs
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
