Job Overview

The Charge Nurse will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a rotating shift schedule including evenings. We offer a competitive salary of $93,000 per year, which reflects the level of experience and qualifications required for this role.

Requirements
  • A graduate degree in nursing or a related field (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum one year of medical/psychiatric experience (experience preferred)
  • CURRENTLY licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Ensure quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assess patients' needs and develop effective care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
