In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of $46,200 - $57,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with applicants for PIV card enrollment.
  • Verify applicant identity and ensure accuracy of provided documentation.
  • Manage enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and minimal errors.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of enrollment processes and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a government setting.
