The Atorus Research is seeking an experienced Clinical IT Project Manager to lead our multi-functional teams in delivering high-quality SCE projects for our clients. As a Clinical IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client implementations, managing project milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan and manage internal or client-facing IT infrastructure/services projects, including creation of project plans.">
  • BUILD strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with customer expectations.">
  • Manage assigned projects from original concept through final implementation and completion of tasks and deliverables.">
  • Evaluate project objectives/requirements to ensure clarity and stakeholder agreement.">
  • Utilize project management tools to prepare key documentation throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Apply proper IT processes and methods to complete project work.">
  • Manage relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.">
  • Plan, baseline, and control costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budget.">
  • Monitor, document, and gain approval for changes to schedule, cost, or project scope.">
  • Employ systematic quality activities to meet Computer System Validation directives.">
  • Monitor project progress using a PMI-based approach, including issue, risk, and change management.">
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project, including clients, computer services, and client services.">
  • Report project status to internal and client teams and management.">
  • C Coordinate and work closely with business teams to collect business requirements and define solutions.">
  • Provide work direction and guidance to team members and assist them in issue resolution.">
  • Ensure project closure and completion of project documentation.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Information Technology required.">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or similar role leading multifunctional teams in clinical trials/research, data management/EDC, and software technology development disciplines.">
  • Minimum 1 year of MS Project experience in a project management role within an information technology industry or clinical research industry.">
  • Desirable: Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP certification, or other IT industry project management certification.">
  • Familiarity with project management standards and methodologies, including experience in using formal Solutions Delivery Life Cycle/Methodology, PMI Body of Knowledge, Waterfall, and Agile.">
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana).">

Salary:

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000-$160,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
