Job Overview:
Are you a skilled construction professional with experience in heavy civil construction and CDL driving? Do you have a passion for operating dump trucks and maintaining vehicles?

We are seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Operations Specialist to join our team at The Canton Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting materials, performing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the safe operation of our equipment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport loose materials, including sand, gravel, rocks, and paving materials, between sites
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including cleaning and scheduled repairs
• Operate dump trucks to move materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Track sales receipts and mileage reports accurately
• Maintain certifications required by DOT and OSHA, and company safety programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with DOT physical
• 1 or more year(s) of experience in heavy civil construction and as a CDL driver
• High school diploma or equivalent
