Marketing Data Strategist: Drive Business Growth with Insights

About UsZocdoc is the leading digital health marketplace that connects millions of patients with healthcare providers every month. Our platform helps patients find nearby, in-network providers, compare choices based on verified patient reviews, and instantly book in-person or video visits online.
The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-priority analytics projects and lead cross-functional teams to drive key business metrics.
Your day-to-day will involve analyzing performance data to measure lift driven by our marketing efforts, forecasting and creating scenarios for existing and upcoming marketing initiatives, and leveraging your knowledge of Python and/or R to build scalable solutions.
You'll also design, execute, and analyze results from incrementality/lift studies and other A/B tests to refine understanding of marketing impact and inform optimization. Additionally, you'll partner with our internal and external marketing team to recommend shifts in strategy by reading, understanding, and interpreting our marketing and internal data.

NYC Base Salary Range: $142,500-$200,000 USD
Requirements- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in marketing analytics for channels such as Linear TV, Streaming TV, SEM, Affiliate, Social, and Podcast
- Familiarity with digital marketing or analytics tools/platforms (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, DoubleClick, Facebook, SA360, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with MMM/MTA models
- Expertise in SQL as well as Python and/or R
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, statistics
- MBA or MA/MS in a quantitative field is a nice to have
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
