Staff Human Factors Engineer

Catalyst Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned Human Factors Engineer to drive innovation in their medical device development process. This role will be a key contributor to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct usability testing and studies to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, regulatory, design, and other stakeholders
- Provide expert guidance to product development teams on human factors principles and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Factors engineering within the medical device industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Psychology, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Proven expertise in medical device protocols, including IEC 62366-1, ISO 14971, and ISO 13485
